1. Who controls the data
SELLERTAB LIMITED is the data user responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Its contact details are:
- Room 1921, 19/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
- [email protected]
- +852 9291 1173
2. What this website collects
This site collects personal data in one place only: the project enquiry form. When you submit that form you send us the name, work email address, company, country or target market, enquiry type, product or category, target marketplaces and project brief that you entered, together with your confirmation that you accept this policy.
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. Visiting a page therefore creates no profile of you here. The hosting provider that serves these pages keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for operational and security purposes.
3. Why we use it
The information is used only to assess your enquiry, to reply to you and, where a project follows, to correspond about that project. By submitting the form and ticking the confirmation box, you consent to those directly related uses. Nothing you send through this form is used for marketing to you, sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
4. Who else handles it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, an external form-delivery service that receives your submission and forwards it to our mailbox. Your data passes through that service and through the email provider that hosts [email protected]. These providers process the data on our behalf so that the message reaches us; they may store it on servers outside Hong Kong.
FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days.
We may also share the substance of an enquiry with an independent professional adviser — for example a licensed corporate-service, legal or tax provider — where doing so is necessary to answer your question. We tell you when that is the case.
Beyond this, we disclose personal data only where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.
5. What we ask you not to send
Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, bank credentials, identity-document scans or other sensitive material through the enquiry form. It is not designed to carry them. If a project needs such information, we will agree a secure way to exchange it.
6. How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to handle it and, where a business relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and the record-keeping obligations attached to it require. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, unless the law requires or permits us to retain it.
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong you may ask us whether we hold personal data about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate. You may also withdraw your consent by written notice and ask us to erase the enquiry. Personal data that is no longer required for its collection purpose will be erased unless an applicable exception permits it to be retained.
Write to the person responsible for privacy requests at [email protected], or at the postal address in section 1, to make any of these requests. We may need to verify who you are before acting on one.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to the enquiry mailbox is restricted to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is the reason for the restriction in section 5.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to the address you gave us.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy go to [email protected], or to the postal address in section 1.
